VoiceSage Adds to Existing ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Certifications

VoiceSage, in its continued journey to protect Customer Personal Data through infrastructure security adoption and improvements, has recently been accredited with the ISO 27018:2019 code of practice.

This new accreditation adds to and complements VoiceSage’s existing ISO 27001 Certification. VoiceSage continues to build on an Information Security Management System, complemented by our PCI DSS level 1 status, by securing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in its scalable AWS Cloud based infrastructure.

ISO 27018 focuses on the protection of Personally Identifiable Information in the cloud which is one of the key drivers of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This emphasizes the VoiceSage mission to continually secure and improve its customer experiences by undertaking the steps ensuring that all personal data we handle and manage is safeguarded to the highest standard, and our customers can remain confident with VoiceSage’s cloud services.

ISO 27001 is the globally recognized international standard in information security and requires that companies adopt and implement an information security management system (ISMS).

VoiceSage has recently been successfully externally audited in its ISO 27001 certification.

With this certification, VoiceSage customers can have the confidence that VoiceSage is maintaining a high-level approach to handling risks and can be reassured that we are managing all of the information we hold in an extremely secure and appropriate manner.

Customers can also be reassured that this standard is critical to VoiceSages continuous improvement in developing, monitoring, maintaining and reviewing the VoiceSage Information Security Management System.


PCI DSS is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

VoiceSage has recently been successfully externally audited in its PCI DSS certification. While VoiceSage only transmit credit card information to processors, there is a requirement for VoiceSage to have policies, systems and processes in place substantiating VoiceSage’s operational practices.
