VoiceSage’s Customer Express Gifts To Speak At Engage

Proactive customer contact service leader will be major presence at upcoming premier sector event

Dublin & Birmingham, 6 November, 2017 – Customer engagement services leader VoiceSage is delighted to announce that its customer, home shopping service leader Express Gifts Ltd, will be speaking at the highly anticipated Engage Customer Engagement Summit this November 13, in a key speaking slot under the ‘Customer Engagement Transformation’ topic stream.

At the Summit, Express Gifts’ Operational Strategy & Planning Manager, Financial Services, Dawn Roberts, will discuss how automated surveys have helped the retailer, which provides a personal shopping service to around 1.5 million customers, build up a huge wealth of data on users and their preferences to deliver against its brand promise.
