VoiceSage Speaks And Presents Cheque At CICM East Of England Member Event
VoiceSage’s John Duffy spoke at a special Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) member event last month.
Organised by the CICM’s East Of England branch, the July 11 event, ‘Improving Credit Management in the Workplace’, offered members the chance to debate the important subject of what credit professionals need to do to maximise their impact in today’s workplace.
John, VoiceSage’s Enterprise Consultant, had been invited to speak on the topic of ‘Why The Future Of Credit Management Technology Is Proactive’.
According to Duffy, new contact technologies like SMS, voice and social media, as well as M2M (Machine to Machine) payments and consumer to machine engagement, will be a big factor in helping collections teams realise their goals quicker.
VoiceSage was also happy to present a cheque to the CICM’s chosen non-profit cause, children’s cancer charity ‘Unlock a Life for Lockey’.
