The region’s flagship contact centre event, The Midlands and Yorkshire Contact Centre Conference & Awards, is scheduled for December 1, 2017 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport, with the Midlands and Yorkshire Contact Centre Awards Gala Dinner following in early 2018.
With membership drawn from 1,500 contact centre operations, the Midlands and Yorkshire Contact Centre Conference & Awards will feature special Keynote conference speeches from sector leaders such as IKEA Bank, the Direct Marketing Association and Virgin Media, as well as a number of special interactive roundtable discussions and an integrated exhibition.
