The VoiceSage platform is fully compliant with Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). PCI DSS compliance ensures that any sensitive customer data managed by software providers meets all the security requirements to avoid payment card fraud, identity theft or data exposure.

Data security is a major concern for companies as data leaks, breaches and hacking can be crippling both financially and reputationally. VoiceSage have the ability to conform and adhere to company policies on data security to reduce the risk of damage.

Regulatory Compliancy

VoiceSage technology is compliant with both OFCOM and OFGEM regulations and complies with industry best practice.
VoiceSage achieves a 98.4% answer machine detection (AMD) accuracy which is far higher than the 97% standard Ofcom requires. VoiceSage provides all customers with the power to set the CLI number as Ofcom requires.
VoiceSage also researches all areas relating to Ofcom to ensure that any alterations to the regulations are realised and that we are aware of all changes, current and future.
